1. “IT’S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS

When you get married, you and all that concerns you is your spouse’s business; you two are one

2. “THIS IS WHO I AM, DEAL WITH IT”

Don’t misbehave and tell your spouse that is who you are. Love is about improving yourself to be a better spouse and parent

3. “WITHOUT ME, YOU WOULD BE NOTHING”

Don’t think you are your spouse’s God and your spouse should worship you just because you helped. It shows you didn’t help out of love but entitlement

4. “DON’T DO THAT TO MY CHILD”

You both are the biological parents; none more special than the other. Don’t talk as if you own the child more, use the word “our” instead

5. “YOU ARE THE DEVIL’S AGENT IN THIS MARRIAGE”

Just because you don’t like what your spouse has done, doesn’t mean you talk as if you are closer to God and your spouse is Satan

6. “YOU ARE USELESS”

You can challenge and inspire your spouse to be better without making him/her feel worthless

7. “YOUR SEX IS PATHETIC”

Don’t insult the same person you expect to improve in love making. It is counterproductive. Don’t hit below the belt

8. “HOW FOOLISH CAN YOU BE?”

This is condescending. Just because you don’t like what your spouse has said doesn’t mean you result to insults

9. “YOU INFERTILE PERSON”
